You can easily cancel or reschedule through the app. Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment are free. Last-minute changes may incur a small fee to compensate the detailer.

Service times vary by package: Interior or Exterior details typically take 1-2 hours, Full Details 2-4 hours, and Premium packages with ceramic coating 4-6 hours. Your detailer will give you an accurate estimate.
